BOOKING POLICY
30% advance to confirm the booking (before receiving advance room holding only for 24 to 48 hrs)
70% balance 20 days before the date of travel
If booking is made within 20 days date of travel, 100% amount required for confirmation.
WE ARE STRICLY NOT ENTERTAIN ANY CREDIT POLICY.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Amount to be charged as cancellation
Cancellation Prior to 15 days or more – Inr 5000 charged as office expense charges for cancellation.
Cancellation Between 7 to 14 days - 50% of Tour Cost charged as Cancellation charges
Cancellation within 7 days from Tour date – 100% of Tour cost charged (No refund given)
For any NON REFUNDABLE flight or hotel 100 % Cancellation will be charged
Visa fees is completely non-refundable once applied, the decision to grant or refuse a visa is the sole prerogative of Government of country.
In Case if any of traveler test POSITIVE within 48 hours of arrival NIL cancelation charge subject to QR code (authentic Medical Report) and refund will be given as Credit Note (NO CASH REFUND ENTERTAIN). If any of Hotel denied for credit note/refund – that amount will be considered as cancellation charge, otherwise full amount will be converted into credit note.
Written cancellation will be accepted on working days (only). Any cancellation sent on a Sunday or any National Holiday(s), will be considered on the next official working day.
In the event of any cancellation or changes in itinerary by guest after trip commencement, there will be no refunds will be given for given package and additional costs incurred due to this cancellation / changes will be borne by the guest..
Payment Policy
• Flight Tickets: 100% advance payment is required to book flight tickets.
• Tour Package: A 50% payment of the total tour cost is required to confirm the package, with the remaining balance due 20 days before the departure date.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITION:
1. Check-In / Check-out time at all the properties would at 1200 hrs (Noon)
2. We shall not bear any cost for flight cancellation or delay due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger by at own.
3. There would be no refund for the road blocks due to natural calamity. The alternate accommodation Cost due to the same shall be borne passenger directly.
4. No Refund or Compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.
5. No refund in case of No Show.
6. No changes in the date of travel once booked.
7. Room allotment will be as per availability at the time of check in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
8. Cost of Child between 6 to 09Yrs (Without Bed only) & for extra Bed kindly consider the cost of Extra Bed
9. Child upto 5 Yrs of age will be complimentary.(it may vary from destination to destination)
10. Holding of Rooms will be for a period of 24 hrs only or as per hotel policy (some hotel not give such facility.)
11. Wildclub Holidays Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any losses or damages, which the applicant may suffer arising from delay in processing or receiving of visa.
